TL;DR. Two weeks is workable if you do one thing before anything else: confirm exactly which sections your school requires, because the HESI A2 is assembled per program and studying a section you won’t sit wastes days you don’t have. Then triage: anatomy & physiology and vocabulary first (the slowest to rebuild), math as a daily drill, grammar and reading for pacing; a diagnostic on day one, reviews at about 1, 3 and 7 days, one timed set, sleep. If the diagnostic shows big gaps in a required section, ask your school about rescheduling: retake rules and waiting periods are set by programs; confirm with your school and with Elsevier at evolve.elsevier.com.
Elsevier’s HESI Admission Assessment offers academic sections your program chooses from; most schools require four to six of them. (Confirm your list with your program.)
| Section (if required) | Two-week priority | Why |
| Anatomy & Physiology | Days 1–4 | The largest body of content to rebuild |
| Vocabulary & General Knowledge | Daily from day 1 | Breadth you can’t cram in a weekend; short daily exposure wins |
| Mathematics | 15 minutes daily | Conversions, ratios and dosage math fade fastest |
| Reading Comprehension | Days 7–8 | Strategy and pacing; with no going back, careless first reads cost points |
| Grammar | Days 8–9 | Rule drill, fast to refresh |
| Biology / Chemistry / Physics | Only if required | Check first; many programs don’t include all three |
Trelos quizzes you before each lesson and skips the lesson when you get the questions right; what you got confidently wrong is re-taught first; and every concept comes back for review about 1, 3 and 7 days after you learn it — the same rhythm as the plan above. The HESI A2 track covers 180 questions across 30 concepts in six sections, and with full access you can start any section from the map, so your school’s required sections come first. The first topics are free with no sign-up to start. Full access is a $14 launch price through Nov 30, 2026 ($29 after): one payment, 12 months.
Pass guarantee: learn every concept in your track and keep up your scheduled reviews, and if you still don’t pass, your access is extended free — three more months per attempt — until you do. It’s an extension, not a refund.
